ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rochester Midland Corporation ("Rochester Midland"), a leading provider of route-based, technical services and specialty chemical products across water treatment, food safety and other verticals, today announced that it has acquired ApHinity Technologies ("ApHinity"), an environmental solutions provider based in La Habra, CA.
Founded in 2015, ApHinity provides proprietary technologies and services focused on water footprint optimization and industrial air emissions treatment. The firm utilizes its science, engineering and management expertise to deploy advanced systems that help clients address site-specific water and air safety goals across a variety of industries, including semiconductors and healthcare, among others.
