Firm to celebrate investors at The Harvest in Woodinville and unveil a new brand honoring founder Ed Springman
BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As CES Properties approaches its 57th anniversary, the firm remains a quiet but powerful force in Pacific Northwest real estate, connecting investor capital with high-performing development projects across Washington, California and the Mountain West.

Since 1969, CES has built its track record through long-standing partnerships with some of the region's most respected developers, including Terrene Homes, The Cordillera Group and VP Companies. Notable projects include the transformation of the former U.S. Bank building in downtown Kirkland into luxury condominiums by The Cordillera Group, and Jade Residences, a six-story condominium project in Totem Lake by Terrene Homes.
On October 25, CES principals will celebrate alongside investors at the firm's Annual Investor Appreciation Event, held at The Harvest in Woodinville, a blue-chip development by VP Companies that CES helped fund. Guests will gather at the new Vaughn Gallery, a modern art gallery and one of several new tenants at The Harvest. Other tenants include Cactus restaurants, Dossier Wine and a much-anticipated new restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Hari Nayek.
"The Harvest is a truly special property," said Randy Ginn, Principal Manager at CES Properties. "It's a great accomplishment for the Woodinville community and for the investors who had the opportunity to be part of a project of this magnitude."
The afternoon will also mark the unveiling of the new CES brand. The refreshed identity pays homage to the firm's long history of wealth creation and to founder Ed Springman, who established CES more than five decades ago.
A History of Strength. A Future of Opportunity.
