VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Oct. 8, 2026

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LoanCare®, a leading national mortgage subservicer, today announced it has launched IllumineX, an advanced AI-powered intelligence-to-action platform designed to enhance servicing performance and improve the borrower experience. IllumineX identifies risk patterns, personalizes borrower engagement, recommends next-best actions across servicing operations, and connects insights to workflows.

Using advanced AI and machine learning, IllumineX analyzes data across LoanCare's servicing environment to:

  • Detect emerging borrower stress earlier, enabling outreach before issues escalate, improving cure rates and protecting clients' cash flow.
  • Improve retention using personalized engagement strategies tailored to each borrower's communication behavior and preferences.
  • Enhance operational performance and rapid business process improvement.

"While many organizations are embracing AI to improve efficiency, our primary focus in developing IllumineX was to create a groundbreaking product that can significantly improve the outcomes for our clients and their borrowers," said Dave Worrall, president of LoanCare. "IllumineX leverages the incredibly valuable data captured in the servicing process and turns it into actionable strategies for better portfolio performance. It will be a force multiplier that will help LoanCare teams uncover opportunities and risks, moving from knowing to doing faster than ever before."

Jerry McCoy, executive vice president of Performance Management at LoanCare, shared his perspective on IllumineX's anticipated impact. "The process of turning servicing intelligence into action once took weeks or months. With IllumineX, it will take just minutes or hours to analyze data and operationalize workflows that support higher cure rates, retention rates, and borrower satisfaction."

IllumineX was designed to meet industry governance and compliance guardrails and can provide an auditable record of its decision making, the company said.

LoanCare will be offering previews of IllumineX next week at MBA Annual in Chicago.
