New technology expands the Cellenis® PRP portfolio, building on a globally utilized platform to deliver a personalized approach to skin quality
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aesthetic Management Partners today announced the introduction of Cellenis® Exo-ME™, an autologous, point-of-care system that concentrates a patient's own blood-derived components — including extracellular vesicles (EVs) and bioactive proteins — offered as a new option in the growing skin-booster market.

Cellenis® Exo-ME™ extends the Cellenis® PRP portfolio, building on the blood-based technologies used by healthcare professionals worldwide. The system processes a standard blood draw into a concentrated autologous preparation of the patient's own EVs, including exosomes, and bioactive proteins.
As interest in skin quality grows, Exo-ME™ is intended for use within aesthetic skin and scalp protocols, giving practitioners a way to incorporate a patient's own concentrated blood-derived components into individualized care. It is also offered as an option in aesthetic scalp and hair protocols.
"Cellenis® Exo-ME™ is a natural next step in personalized, autologous care. We're building on an established, globally used Cellenis® PRP platform and extending it using the patient's own biology as the starting point," said Erik Dowell, CEO of Aesthetic Management Partners.
Building on the Patient's Own Biology
Extracellular vesicles are naturally occurring, cell-derived particles that are the subject of ongoing scientific study. Cellenis® Exo-ME™ is designed to concentrate the EVs and bioactive proteins already present in the patient's own blood, producing an autologous preparation for use in aesthetic skin and scalp protocols.
The introduction of Exo-ME™ reflects growing interest in personalized, autologous approaches, and gives healthcare professionals a new option for working with a patient's own concentrated blood-derived components, while building on the established Cellenis® PRP platform.
