New Financing Adds to Settle's Broader Lending Capacity, Enabling the Company to Serve Larger Businesses and Deliver Products Not Previously Available in the Market
NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Settle, the leading cash flow management and working capital platform for product businesses, today announced it has secured a $240 million credit facility from a leading international financial institution and New York asset manager. The new facility adds meaningfully to Settle's broader lending capacity, enabling the company to serve larger businesses and deliver financing solutions that traditional lenders have long failed to provide.

The facility is the latest in a series of institutional commitments that underscore Settle's growing credit track record and expanding platform. The company previously closed a $280 million revolving credit facility co-led by Citibank and Atalaya in 2022, and a $145 million credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank in 2023. With total originations passing $4 billion, Settle has established itself as one of the most active and trusted working capital providers for product businesses in the United States.
"This is a huge win, not only for the larger accounts we support, but for the SMB space as well," said Alek Koenig, CEO and co-founder of Settle. "We continue to see small and medium-sized businesses being overlooked by traditional capital markets, and that is exactly the problem we set out to solve. This facility strengthens our ability to serve businesses at every stage of their growth and unlocks financing solutions that these businesses simply cannot find anywhere else today."
