HOUSTON, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Software Solutions (FSS), the cloud-native technology innovator of enterprise-level case management software for bankruptcy trustees, fiduciaries, and professionals, has announced its latest AI-powered technology release, the FSS Intelligence Engine.

This new technology streamlines one of the most time-intensive steps in case preparation for fiduciaries and bankruptcy trustees: reviewing and analyzing multiple documents. With the FSS Intelligence Engine, information from ECF emails, bank statements, tax returns, and document checklists is automatically read, analyzed, extracted, matched, and prioritized the moment paperwork arrives. The process happens hands-free, giving trustees faster access to the information that matters and helping them move cases forward more efficiently.
The FSS Intelligence Engine includes four new features that are transforming casework:
- Daily Brief: Automatically reads and prioritizes ECF activity so what needs attention first rises to the top.
- Bank Statement Data Analysis: Examines bank statements the instant they're uploaded and automatically surfaces potential preference transfers, day-of-filing balances, and account balances.
- Tax Return Data Extraction: Immediately reads tax returns and feeds key data directly into pre-341 Review Reports so trustees are fully prepared before meetings of creditors.
- Document Request Matching: Automatically checks uploaded documents against the original document request list to ensure what was asked for is what was received.
"These four new powerful features have been well received by customers and are saving them a considerable amount of case preparation time. We see it as our job to provide the technology necessary for our customers to modernize and transform the way they work," said Kristi Singal, President of Financial Software Solutions. The FSS Intelligence Engine is now available to TrusteSolutions and CORE software users.
