Seasoned healthcare recruitment leader will help advance recruiter performance and practical technology integration
NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Staffing, a national healthcare staffing organization, today announced the appointment of Tad May as Chief of AI. In this expanded leadership role, May will help guide the company's recruitment organization while leading the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning and emerging automation tools into Prime Staffing's recruiting and operational processes.

May brings extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, team leadership and recruitment management. As Senior Recruitment Director, he will focus on recruiter development, candidate engagement, operational performance and the continued expansion of Prime Staffing's healthcare talent network.
As Chief of AI Integration, May will work across Prime Staffing's leadership, recruitment and technology functions to identify practical uses of AI and automation throughout the staffing lifecycle. The initiative will focus on improving efficiency, strengthening candidate matching and engagement, reducing repetitive administrative work and giving recruiters more time to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
"Tad understands both sides of where our industry is headed: the importance of experienced recruiters who know how to build relationships and the opportunity technology gives us to make those recruiters more effective," said Michael Fazio, President of Prime Staffing. "His leadership experience and willingness to embrace innovation make him uniquely suited for this expanded role. We are excited to have him helping lead the next stage of Prime's growth. My primary focus over the next 12 months it to incorporate AI into all verticals for our businesses."
Prime Staffing continues to invest in technology and operational infrastructure as the healthcare staffing industry evolves. May's appointment reflects the company's strategy of incorporating emerging technologies while maintaining the human judgment and relationships that remain central to successful healthcare recruitment.
"AI is going to fundamentally change how staffing companies recruit, communicate, analyze information and operate," said Jordan Belkin, Executive Vice President of Operations at Prime Staffing. "We do not see that as replacing recruiters. We see it as giving talented recruiters dramatically better tools. Tad has the healthcare staffing experience to understand what works in the real world, and he will play an important role in making sure Prime is at the forefront of that transformation."
In his expanded position, May will work closely with Prime Staffing's executive team to evaluate emerging technologies and develop processes that can be responsibly incorporated into the company's recruiting and operational infrastructure. His appointment is part of Prime Staffing's broader commitment to building a scalable, technology-forward organization while continuing to provide healthcare professionals and clients with personalized service and responsiveness.
