The new Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie answers years of customer requests with a recipe more than three years in the making.
AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Tiff's Treats, the original warm cookie delivery company, is introducing its first-ever gluten friendly cookie: the Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie.
A gluten friendly cookie has been one of the brand's most consistent customer requests over the years, but Tiff's Treats didn't want to introduce one simply to check a box. The team spent more than three years developing and refining the recipe, repeatedly returning to the drawing board until it delivered the taste and texture expected from a Tiff's Treats cookie.
"We've heard our customers asking for a gluten friendly cookie for years, and we wanted one too," said Tiff's Treats co-founder Tiffany Taylor. "But we weren't going to launch one until we had a cookie we genuinely loved. It took us more than three years to get here, and we're so excited for people to finally try it."
The new Gluten Friendly cookie includes gluten free flour, cashew flour, cashew pieces, coconut flakes and chocolate chips, baked fresh and delivered warm. The recipe was developed to stand on its own as a delicious cookie — one the company believes customers will enjoy whether or not they typically seek out gluten friendly options.
The Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie is available at select Tiff's Treats locations. Gluten Friendly cookies arrive warm and are packaged separately from other cookies in the order. Images of the new cookie can be found HERE.
Important Allergen Information: Tiff's Treats Gluten Friendly Cookies are made using gluten free dough but are baked and packaged in a bakery that prepares other gluten containing products. Trace gluten levels may be present. Contains nuts.
