On August 28, 2026, a news site reported that the Company's phase 3 clinical trial for Galinpepimut-S (GPS) had reached its 80th patient death, a pre-specified event that was to trigger the release of results for the clinical trial. However, as of the time of that report, Sellas had yet to release the trial results.
On this news, Sellas's stock price fell $2.00 per share, or 13.15%, to close at $13.21 per share on August 28, 2026.
