GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shoulder Innovations, Inc. ("Shoulder Innovations") (NYSE: SI), a commercial-stage medical technology company exclusively focused on transforming the shoulder surgical care market, today announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Catalyst OrthoScience Inc. ("Catalyst") to resolve all outstanding patent litigation between the two companies. The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
