CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) today announced that it declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.41 per share. The dividend, which has an annualized rate of $1.64, is payable Oct. 1, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of Sept. 11, 2026.
