LUXEMBOURG, May 3, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Adecoagro S.A. (NYSE: AGRO), a leading sustainable production company in South America, announced its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend distribution of $17.5 million that represents approximately $0.1682 per share considering outstanding shares as of today, to shareholders of the Company of record at close of business on May 14, 2024, and payable on May 29, 2024.
This dividend distribution is the first of a two-tranche cash dividend payable in two installments. The second installment shall be payable on or about November 2024 in an equal cash amount.
