Indicative Annual Dividend Rate Increases to $2.40 Per Share
Marks PSEG's 117th Year of Paying a Common Dividend
NEWARK, N.J., Feb. 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today declared a $0.60 per share quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2024, payable on or before March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2024. This action represents an increase of $0.03 per share in the company's quarterly common stock dividend, bringing the 2024 indicative annual rate to $2.40 per share.
"The increase in the 2024 indicative rate represents our 13th consecutive annual increase and extends PSEG's track record to 117 years of providing dividend income and the opportunity for consistent and sustainable dividend growth for shareholders," said Ralph LaRossa, chair, president and chief executive officer of PSEG.
All future decisions regarding dividends on the common stock are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
