Spanning 24,592 square feet, the home includes a massage room, home theater, game room, music room and wine cellar.

Filmmaker Tyler Perry is bidding farewell to his Beverly Hills mansion, listing the property for $57 million-mere weeks after revealing his plans to move to Puerto Rico.

The movie mogul, 57, listed the nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom property on Sept. 29, as first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The property, which is listed with Santiago Arana with The Agency, is described in its listing as "extraordinary expression of privacy, security, and exclusivity."

Spanning 24,592 square feet, the home, which was built in 2012, is the epitome of elegance thanks to its manicured grounds.

The actor snapped up the home in 2004 for $4.3 million and transformed it into the mansion it is today back in 2012.

"Conceived on a grand architectural scale, this landmark residence balances timeless grandeur with thoughtful functionality, creating a true trophy property for the most discerning collector of fine real estate," the listing adds.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with soaring ceilings and expansive floor plans.

The living room is the perfect place for guests to sit back and relax thanks to its cozy fireplace and large windows, which allow natural light to flood inside.

"Formal entertaining spaces include a gracious Living Room, dining room, private study, chef's kitchen with butler's pantry, family room, and expansive outdoor terraces, while discreet service quarters ensure effortless day-to-day living," reads the listing.

Meanwhile, the primary bedroom exudes elegance.

"The primary suite is a private retreat featuring a fireplace, secluded deck, dual spa-inspired baths, individual walk-in closets, a Sitting Room, and dedicated massage and salon rooms," the listing adds.

In addition, the home comes with a gym, steam shower, massage and salon rooms, a home theater, game room, and two private balconies.

There is also a music hall and an expansive wine cellar.

It comes as no surprise that Perry listed the dwelling, with Arana telling the outlet, "He's spending less and less time" in California.

The property has hosted a slew of A-lister guests, including Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Perry welcomed Meghan and Harry into the home in 2020 after they stepped down from their royal duties.

Speaking about Perry's kind gesture, the Duchess of Sussex told Winfrey, "We needed a house, and he offered security as well. So it gave us breathing room to try to figure out what we are going to do."

Later, the couple repaid the film producer by making him godfather to their daughter, Lilibet.

"I had to take a minute to take that in, and I thought, 'I'd be honored. I'd absolutely be honored,'" Perry said.

Over in Wyoming, Perry owns a log cabin as a vacation home, which he snapped up in 2005.

In 2009, Perry gave himself a particularly extravagant birthday present when he purchased White Bay Cay in the Bahamas, along with a neighboring island.

White Bay Cay spans around 25 acres, while the adjacent island adds 7 more acres to Perry's secluded escape.

The two had been listed together for $7 million, although the amount Perry ultimately paid was not disclosed.

Perry told People that he even took flying lessons so he could pilot his own plane to the property.

He later outfitted his island escape with a Balinese-style villa and bungalows, creating a private getaway worthy of a Hollywood mogul.

Just last week, Perry opened up about his future while appearing on "Today With Jenna & Sheinelle," revealing that he and his 11-year-old son, Aman, will soon be trading California for Puerto Rico.

"Yep, moving to Puerto Rico at the top of the year, and I'm pulling back a whole lot," Perry shared when asked about his plans for the next chapter of his life.

Perry explained that relocating had long been in the back of his mind. However, getting older prompted him to take a closer look at his priorities-and reconsider just how much of his life he wants to devote to work.

"Getting older [inspired this]. It's time to slow down a bit, enjoy more time with my son, and just take it all in."

The A-lister, who shares his son with Gelila Bekele, whom he was in a relationship with from 2009 to 2020, further confessed that he doesn't ever plan on getting married.

"At this age, no, that's not a good idea for me. So no, won't be any marriage for me," he added.

Although Perry has confirmed that he will make the move, its unclear if he will sell any of the homes in his impressive property portfolio.

Perry holds the keys to an impressive 1,200-acre property in Atlanta, which he snapped up in 2018 and constructed a 35,000-square-foot mansion on, in addition to a second property.

The home features a resort-style pool and a farm with horses and other animals.

The property is also situated just a few miles from his studios, which span 330 acres.

Tyler Perry Studios boasts a replica of the White House, an airport terminal, two baseball fields, a strip mall, a residential neighborhood, and a golf course.
