Mining company Lei Xin Holdings files for U.S. IPO

Mining company Lei Xin Holdings Co. filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

The company, which is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, specializes in copper and molybdenum mining, mineral processing and mineral product sales.

The company said it applied to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol LXTM.

The company didn't give an anticipated size for its IPO, nor did it provide an expected price range.
