Crispr Therapeutics chief medical officer is resigning

Crispr Therapeutics (CRSP) on Tuesday said that Phuong Khanh Morrow was resigning as the gene-editing company's chief medical officer, a move that takes hold on Jan. 26. The resignation was "not the result of any disagreement with the company," Crispr said in a filing. Shares were up fractionally after hours. Morrow was appointed chief medical officer last year.
