Nano Dimension urges shareholders to reject three board nominees from shareholder Murchinson
Nano Dimension Ltd. (NNDM) Chief Executive Yoav Stern on Wednesday urged shareholders to reject three board nominees from activist shareholder Murchinson Ltd. and vote for the company's slate of board members at the 3D printing machine maker's annual meeting on Sept 7. A vote in favor of Murchinson's nominees would "turn the keys over to a bad actor who has no knowledge of the industry or ability to run the company," the Waltham, Mass., company said. Stern said he and other senior managers would resign if just one of Murchinson's nominees is elected. On Aug. 3, Nano Dimension stakeholder Murchinson submitted proposals to address the company's "broken corporate governance." Nano Dimension stock was down 1% in premarket trades.
