Logitech's board approves $1 billion share buyback program

Logitech International (LOGN.EB) said late Wednesday that its board of directors has approved a new share buyback program of up to $1 billion. The program is expected to begin next month, the company said. Logitech's U.S.-listed shares fell on Wednesday after it emerged that one of its gamepads was in use at the missing OceanGate submersible vessel, according to a news segment aired last year.
