Logitech CEO is stepping down

Logitech International (LOGN.EB) on Tuesday said Chief Executive Bracken Darrell had resigned from the electronics maker "to pursue another opportunity." The company, which makes keyboards, cameras and other accessories for computers and electronic devices, added that Darrell would stay at the company to help with the leadership transition. Board member Guy Gecht will come on as interim chief executive while the company conducts a search for someone to take the role permanently. Shares fell 2.6% after hours.
