Cummins unit Atmus Filtration to offer 14.1 million shares in IPO, priced at $18 to $21 each

Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. , Cummins Inc.'s (CMI) filtration business, announced the launch of its initial public offering on Tuesday. The company said it will offer 14.1 million shares currently owned by Cummins priced at $18 to $21 each. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker "ATMU." Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are lead book-running managers on the deal with 10 other banks acting as co-managers.
