(Nasdaq: ACFN), a provider of remote monitoring and control solutions for critical infrastructure, today provided online access information for its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders which will be held at 1:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 2800 Quarry Lake Drive, Suite 130, Baltimore, Maryland 21209.
Following the formal portion of the meeting, management will provide brief remarks and answer questions from investors in attendance, as well as those emailed in advance to ACFN@catalyst-ir.com.
