American Express, Airbnb Add Over 1 Million Airbnb Listings Under New Partnership

American Express and Airbnb entered a partnership that now allows cardholders to book stays with Airbnb through its travel rewards program.

The companies on Thursday said the partnership brings more than 1 million Airbnb listings to Amex Travel. The deal adds Airbnb options to American Express' existing hotel offerings.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

As part of the agreement, U.S. card members can book stays with Airbnb through the Amex Travel website and app. They can also earn membership reward points on prepaid bookings, and platinum card members can earn a $600 annual lodging credit.
