Puma Appoints Dennis Tao Chairman of the Supervisory Board
By Anthony O. Goriainoff
Puma named Dennis Tao as chairman of its supervisory board.
The German group said Tao--who is head of M&A and Capital Markets at Anta Sports Products, its largest shareholder--succeeds Heloise Temple-Boyer. Her tenure concludes following the completion of the sale of Artemis SAS' stake in Puma to Anta earlier in October.
Tao has served on the board of Amer Sports and has held senior positions in asset management and equity research.
The company also said that Jeanne Huang--chief executive at PIPA International--has been appointed as a member of its supervisory board.
Both appointments are effective from October 21 and will run until Puma's annual general meeting in May 2027.
Puma shares are up 1.3% at 24.83 euros.
