Stocks to Watch: Steel Dynamics, Crown Holdings, 3M, Tradeweb

Steel Dynamics reported a lower third-quarter profit than Wall Street analysts were expecting. Shares fell 5.5% to $231.75 after the bell on Monday.

Crown Holdings issues guidance for fourth-quarter adjusted earnings that fell short of analyst expectations. The stock was off 4.5% at $109.76 after-hours.

3M gave Amazon a warrant to buy 3.2 million shares as part of an expanded commercial relationship between the two companies. Shares jumped 5.4% to $170.77.

Tradeweb Markets agreed to buy Trumid for around $1.97 billion. Shares were up 2.9% at $117.99.
