Cognizant Creates Gemini Group Under Expanded Google Cloud Partnership

  Cognizant is expanding its partnership with Google Cloud, creating a new group to help businesses effectively adopt Google's Gemini artificial-intelligence models. 



  The company said the expansion of its partnership with Google includes the creation of a Gemini Frontier Capability Group, which has with more than 18,000 Cognizant associates that will offer Gemini AI solutions for businesses. 



  The joint investment in the group builds on the April launch of Cognizant's dedicated Gemini practice, the company said Monday. 



  "Establishing our dedicated Gemini Frontier Capability Group lets our best frontier engineering talent focus entirely on getting frontier AI into production for clients," Chief Executive Ravi Kumar S said.
