Honeywell Rolls Out AI Facility Simulation Platform With Nvidia, Dell

Honeywell Technologies is rolling out a new platform to simulate facility operations using artificial-intelligence agents.
The platform, called Forge Cognition, was developed using Nvidia's open-source AI models and Dell Technologies' AI infrastructure, Honeywell said Wednesday. It can simulate facilities and coordinate autonomous actions using digital twins and AI agents, the company said.
"The physical world demands more than a powerful AI model," Honeywell Chief Technology Officer Suresh Venkatarayalu said. "It requires AI to understand how systems actually operate and interact--that is where the next breakthrough is happening."
The company is piloting the platform at its offices in Richardson, Texas and Bangalore, India, as well as Nvidia's Voyager campus in California. The platform will also be put to use at Vanderbilt University, as well as Dubai's Fairmont Hotel and Singapore's NEX Mall.
