By Chris Wack
Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical said it is selling a rare pediatric disease priority review voucher for $203 million.
The company said it has received the PRV upon Food and Drug Administration approval of Fayuvi rebisufligene etisparvovec-hopf, an FDA-approved treatment for mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIA.
The company said the closing of the PRV transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including expiration of the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
