CVS Health Extends Distribution Agreements With Cardinal Health, McKesson — Update

Cardinal Health and McKesson are extending their existing distribution agreements with CVS Health, paving the way for the two companies to continue supplying drugs to the healthcare giant's pharmacies.
Cardinal Health and McKesson also on Thursday backed their fiscal-year outlooks.
Under the agreements, Cardinal and McKesson will continue to distribute pharmaceuticals to CVS Health through June 2032, the companies said in separate statements.
Cardinal said it continues to guide for adjusted earnings per share to grow 13% to 15% this fiscal year and at a rate of 12% to 14% in the long term.
McKesson continues to project adjusted earnings per share to come in at $44.20 to $45 this fiscal year, and grow at a rate of 13% to 16% in the long term.
