Slovakia Sells 2.5 Billion Euros in New 10-Year Bond

Slovakia issued 2.5 billion euros ($2.86 billion) in new September 2036-dated government bonds via a bank syndicate on Wednesday, one of the lead manager banks said.

The spread on the bond was set at mid-swaps +77 basis points, while books closed in excess of 4.6 billion euros, including 550 million euros joint lead manager interest.

Lead managers of the deal were Deutsche Bank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Slovenska sporitelna.
