Vinci to Buy Back Up to $289.6 Million in Shares

Vinci said it signed an agreement with an undisclosed investment-services provider to purchase up to 250 million euros ($289.6 million) of its shares on its behalf.
The French construction and infrastructure company said the agreement was valid from Sept. 1 until Oct. 2 at the latest.
