Lam Research Boosts Quarterly Dividend 27%

Lam Research Corp. is boosting its quarterly dividend by 27% to 33 cents a share from 26 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.32 a year, represents a 0.4% annual yield based on Thursday's closing share price of $318.58.

The dividend will be paid on Oct. 14 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 23.
