Spotify Increases Share Buyback Plan by $1.5 Billion

Music and entertainment provider Spotify Technology said its board has authorized an additional $1.5 billion for the company's share repurchase plan.

The new authorization brings the amount under the current program to about $2.22 billion, the company said.

The company has a market cap of $109.81 billion, 205.72 million shares outstanding, and a public float of 151.31 million shares.
