Vinci to Acquire Germany's All For One for $359 Million
By Nina Kienle
Vinci said it is buying Germany's All For One Group for $359 million in order to strengthen its digital infrastructure business.
The French construction and infrastructure firm on Thursday said the offer is for 67.50 euros per share in cash, a premium of almost 95% to All for One's closing price on July 15. The offer values All For One at 313.36 million euros ($359.2 million).
The agreement is subject to a minimum acceptance threshold of 75% and one share of all outstanding shares, Vinci said.
The firm said major shareholders of All For One have contractually agreed to the offering, and that the company's management and supervisory boards intend to recommend shareholders accept the agreement.
The Frankfurt-listed company focused on integration and maintenance of business applications and generated an annual revenue of 500 million euros in fiscal 2025, Vinci said.
