Weight Watchers Expands Reach Through LillyDirect

WW International said its Weight Watchers Med+ program is now available through Eli Lilly's digital healthcare platform, expanding patient access to the company's weight-management offerings.

Patients will be able to connect with independent care options, pharmacy fulfillment resources and educational materials through the platform, LillyDirect. Eligible patients will also be able to receive access to prescription weight-management medications, clinical care from licensed providers, and behavioral, nutrition and community support, the company said Thursday.

Weight Watchers said the move supports its strategy of expanding access to brand-name GLP-1 medications alongside clinical and lifestyle support.
