GMR Solutions Shares Set for Trading Debut After IPO

By Colin Kellaher

GMR Solutions shares are due to begin trading later Wednesday after the emergency-medical-services provider's initial public offering raised nearly $479 million.

GMR late Tuesday said it is selling more than 31.9 million shares at $15 apiece after earlier in the day cutting the expected price from a previous range of $22 to $25 each.

The pricing would give the Lewisville, Texas, company backed by private-equity firm KKR a market capitalization exceeding $3.4 billion, assuming the underwriters exercise an option to buy an additional 4.79 million shares and all outstanding warrants are exercised.

GMR shares are slated to make their trading debut later Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol GMRS.
