Legrand Sales Boosted by Data Centers, Acquisitions
By Ian Walker
Legrand reported a rise in sales, boosted by its data centers and acquisitions, and said it didn't experience any significant impact from the conflict in the Middle East.
The French electrical and digital building infrastructure manufacturer said Thursday that sales for the first quarter rose to 2.54 billion euros ($2.97 billion) compared with 2.28 billion euros for the comparable period a year earlier.
Adjusted operating margin was unchanged at 20.7%.
For 2026, Legrand backed its guidance provided in February for sales to grow between 10% and 15%, and for an adjusted operating margin of between 20.5% and 21.0%.
