J&T Global Express Shares Surge on Solid Earnings

By Megan Cheah

Shares of J&T Global Express surged Tuesday, after the logistics company posted solid results for the full year and second half.

The stock jumped as much as 15% to 10.49 Hong Kong dollars, equivalent to US$1.34, before paring gains to trade 9.4% higher.

The strong advance comes after J&T on Monday posted a rise in its full-year earnings. Its 2025 profit almost doubled to US$198.4 million, while its revenue rose around 19% to US$12.16 billion.

Its second-half revenue and adjusted earnings also strengthened and came in ahead of consensus estimates, said Citi analysts led by Brian Gong in a note.

The robust revenue was mainly driven by better-than-expected average selling prices in China and the company's new markets, which include Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Egypt, the analysts said.

J&T's solid second-half results imply decent earnings momentum this year, driven by its businesses in China and new markets, the analysts said. In particular, China's push to curb excessive competition in e-commerce could support prices in the sector, according to the company.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Southeast Asia should also support J&T's 2026 performance, the analysts added. Citi retains its buy rating and HK$15.00 target price on J&T.
