SAP to Buy Data-Management Software Provider Reltio
By Mauro Orru
SAP said it had struck an agreement to acquire U.S. data-management software provider Reltio, moving to further embed artificial intelligence in its operations.
The German business-software group said the deal would provide customers with tools to unify, cleanse and harmonize their data, leveraging Reltio's platform to help organizations manage and govern structured and unstructured enterprise data.
It didn't disclose financial details for the transaction, which is expected to close in the second or third quarter.
