BlackRock-Owned Fund to Sell Entire $3.5 Billion Stake in Naturgy

A BlackRock-owned fund is selling its nearly 3 billion euro ($3.51 billion) stake in the Spanish natural-gas and electricity utility Naturgy.
The Global Infrastructure Partners fund will sell its entire 11.4% holding, according to bookrunners J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Based on Monday's closing price, the stake is valued at 2.96 billion euros.
According to Naturgy's website, the fund is its fourth largest shareholder.
