Coca-Cola 4Q Revenue Rises on Higher Volume, Prices
By Nicholas G. Miller
Coca-Cola reported higher fourth-quarter revenue, boosted by higher prices and sales volume.
The company's quarterly earnings rose 4% from the prior-year quarter to 53 cents a share.
Comparable earnings were 58 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet had expected 56 cents.
Net revenues rose 2% to $11.8 billion. Wall Street had expected $12.05 billion.
Unit case volume rose 1%, led by growth in Brazil, the U.S. and Japan. Revenues were also boosted by higher prices, which was partially offset by an unfavorable product mix.
Unit case volume of juice, value-added dairy and plant-based beverages declined 3%, while water, sports, coffee and tea grew 3%. Sparkling soft drinks were even.
The company guided for 2026 organic revenue growth of 4% to 5% and comparable earnings growth of 7% to 8%.
