Vinci Posts Higher Profit
By Nina Kienle
Vinci posted higher profit for 2025, driven by stronger operating earnings in each of its three businesses.
The French construction and infrastructure firm on Thursday said net profit for the year was 4.90 billion euros ($5.79 billion), up from 4.86 billion euros in 2024 and ahead analysts' expectations of 4.85 billion euros, according to consensus estimates provided by LSEG.
Revenue rose to 74.60 billion euros from 71.62 billion euros, ahead analysts' expectation of 74.02 billion euros, according to the same consensus.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization were 13.51 billion euros, up from 12.69 billion euros. Analysts had estimated Ebitda of 13.40 billion euros.
The company proposed a dividend of 5 euros a share, up from 4.75 euros a share the prior year.
To increase its returns on investment, Vinci is carrying out portfolio reviews in all three businesses, it said. Depending on the outcome, the company could look to increase its interest in certain assets or dispose of others, it added.
Looking ahead, Vinci said it expects further revenue and earnings growth in 2026.
