Karman Space & Defense Shares Rise as 2026 Forecast Tops Analyst Estimates

Karman Space & Defense shares rose after the company's projections for 2026 topped Wall Street's expectations.
The stock rose 6.5% to $111.60 in after-hours trading on Wednesday. Through market close, shares are up 36% in the past three months.
The space and defense solutions company said it expects revenue of $700 million to $715 million for this year, topping analyst estimates of $578.1 million, according to FactSet.
The company forecasts adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $205 million to $215 million, above analyst estimates of $180.6 million.
Chief Executive Tony Koblinski said the company's core business continues to thrive, and its building greater scale and capabilities through acquisitions.
Karman's planned acquisition of Seemann Composites and MSC is expected to be immediately accretive to revenue growth and Ebitda, the company said. The transaction is expected to close on or around the first quarter.
The company also raised its guidance for fiscal 2025. It now expects revenue of $470 million to $471 million for 2025, up from prior guidance of $461 million to $463 million.
It now expects adjusted Ebitda of $144.5 million to $144.9 million, compared with $142 million to $143 million previously.
