Novo Nordisk Owner to Sell Convatec Stake

Novo Holdings will sell its stake of around 7.8% in medical-device maker Convatec.
Denmark-based Novo, an investment and holdings company that is the controlling shareholder of Ozempic maker Novo Nordisk, said it will sell around 155 million shares in London-listed Convatec. That stake is worth around 370 million pounds ($487 million,) based on Convatec's closing share price Monday. The final offer price will be set via an accelerated bookbuilding process starting immediately, Novo Holdings said.
The shares will be sold to institutional investors, the company said.
