--SoftBank Group Corp., Provident Capital Partners and Peak XV are among a group of prominent GoTo Group backers seeking to replace Chief Executive Officer Patrick Walujo, which could accelerate talks about an acquisition by Grab, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

--Walujo and representatives for SoftBank, Peak XV and Grab declined to comment, the Bloomberg report said.
