Wayve in Talks With Microsoft, SoftBank Over $2 Billion Fundraise, FT Says, Citing Sources

--U.K. self-driving car startup Wayve Technologies is in discussions with Microsoft and SoftBank Group to raise up to $2 billion in new funding, the Financial Times reports, citing sources.

--A deal could value Wayve at roughly $8 billion, the FT reports, noting that talks are still in early stages and no valuation has yet been set.

--Wayve, SoftBank and Microsoft declined to comment to the FT.
