By Andrea Figueras
Ferrovial said its construction subsidiary Webber has been selected to improve two water facilities in Texas with contracts worth roughly $720 million.
The European construction company said Wednesday that the projects would improve existing water infrastructure in Austin and Fort Worth.
In Austin, the company began the construction of a pump station in July, which is scheduled for completion in late 2028. The project in Fort Worth involves the expansion of a water treatment plant, which should be completed in 2029.
