Magnum Ice Cream Names Full Board of Directors

Unilever's spinoff the Magnum Ice Cream Company appointed Stacey Cartwright as its vice chair as it named its full board lineup.
The appointments come as the company, which also houses the Ben & Jerry's and Breyers brands, prepares for its planned listings in Amsterdam, with secondary listings in London and New York, in mid-November.
Magnum said Monday that Cartwright, who is chair at real-estate company Savills, will be the senior independent Director and vice-chair of the board.
The ice-cream business appointed Rene Hooft Graafland, chair of Lucas Bols and former chief financial officer at Heineken, to the board. Melissa Bethell, Stefan Bomhard, Anja Mutsaers and Josh Frank were also appointed to the board. Bomhard is currently the chief executive officer of Imperial Brands, while Bethell is a non-executive director at Diageo.
Reginaldo Ecclissato, who is the president of 1 Unilever Markets, will also join the board, Magnum said.
