NatWest In Talks to Sell Workplace Pension Provider Cushon, Sky Says, Citing Sources

--NatWest Group is in talks with a number of buyers for its 85% stake in workplace pension provider Cushon, Sky News reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The British lender bought Cushon two years ago for 144 million pounds ($195.2 million) and is looking to sell the business as part of a strategic refocus by Chief Executive Paul Thwaite, Sky says, adding that the business had drawn interest from a number of parties.

--A NatWest spokesperson told Sky that it doesn't comment on speculation and that the bank remains focused on delivering for customers.
