Eni Mulls Sale of 20% Stake in Biorefining Unit, Bloomberg Reports
--Italian oil-and-gas company Eni is exploring a sale of a 20% stake in its biorefining unit Enilive after getting expressions of interest from potential bidders, Bloomberg reports citing unnamed sources.
-- Talks are at an early stage, with the company still assessing options for the unit, which it values at around 10 billion euro ($10.82 billion), Bloomberg reports.
