Front Month Comex Silver for May delivery gained $1.1580 per troy ounce, or 3.73% to $32.205 today

--Up for five consecutive sessions

--Up $3.984 or 14.12% over the last five sessions

--Longest winning streak since Monday, April 15, 2024 when the market rose for 13 straight sessions

--Up eight of the past nine sessions

--A new 52-week high

--Highest settlement value since Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013

--Up 54.48% from its 52-week low of $20.848 hit Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023

--Rose 35.80% from 52 weeks ago

--Up 45.75% from its 2024 settlement low of $22.096 hit Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024

--Off 33.87% from its record high of $48.70 hit Thursday, Jan. 17, 1980

--Month-to-date it is up 22.03%

--Year-to-date it is up $8.352 or 35.01%
